Open Friday - Monday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in winter and open daily in summer with a stop for the Park shuttle.
The Lodgepole Visitors Center is located on the Generals Highway 21 miles (34 km) from the Ash Mountain Entrance or 2 miles (3 km) north of the General Sherman Tree.

Tickets to Crystal Cave tour tickets are sold until 3:30 p.m. in the summer, and books, maps, and educational materials are for sale.
