Operated by brothers Rolland and Noel, Rosa Brothers Milk Company is a family-owned and operated dairy farm in the heart of Central California. We live on the farm and work the same land our family began working some seven decades and three generations ago. Creamery Tours: 2400 S. K St, Tulare, CA 93274 -(559)685-2500 Some businesses don’t want you to see “how the sausage is made,” but we run Rosa Brothers Milk Company as transparently as possible and actually welcome public eyes into our production line. To that end, Rosa Brothers Creamery tours are open whenever we are open – Monday through Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM. Tours are basically self-guided, in that you can come into our retail area and watch the bottle processing and ice cream making through a large window near the back of the store. You are also welcome to free samples of milk and ice cream while you’re here. Learn about the agricultural industry with a visit to Rosa Brothers Dairy Farms for tours of their dairy facilities and be introduced to the world of milk production. You will take a tour around the farm in our Moo-Mobile (tour bus) and see the sights and sounds of a working dairy farm. You will also have the opportunity to see a live calf and complete a cow-milking contest using a simulated cow. Lastly, sample our delicious dairy products!
