ACCESSIBILITY IN VISALIA & THE PARKS

Travel to our beautiful nearby national parks is accessible to all. Through its video series, Sequoia & Kings Canyon help visitors know what resources are available and provide guidance when visiting. The parks are committed to a continuing effort to improve the accessibility of Sequoia and Kings Canyon's trails and facilities so they can be enjoyed by all visitors.

The Park Service has an Accessibility Guide that highlights accessible features by area, and by user group. A print version is available in limited supply in the Visit Visalia office or online in standard and large-print formats.

If you have questions or suggestions about accessibility, please email them at SEKI_Information@nps.gov, or call them at (559) 565-3341. You can find more information about accessibility on their website.

The Sequoia Shuttle which offers transportation from most Visalia hotels into the park during the summer season are wheelchair accessible. The season runs approximately from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (Please note that the shuttle from Visalia is not operating during 2021 summer season but plans to be back in 2022.)
