For centuries, Valley communities and artists have come together to create truly magnificent masterpieces on our famous 'concrete canvas.' Nearly one hundred murals adorn the sides of buildings throughout Tulare County and tell stories about the history, wildlife, agriculture, events and much more that have shaped our towns into the flourishing communities they are today.
